Talk: Shannon Cahill on Building Personal Art Collections

  • Evanston Art Center 1717 Central Street Evanston, IL, 60201 United States (map)

Shannon Cahill is the founder of art en object, working as art placement consultant in private homes with a focus on locally created works. "Each piece of art and each object thoughtfully placed creates harmony and tells the story of the home and those who reside within.

"art en object allows me to bring my passion for interiors and my eye for quality and timeless design pieces outside of my own home and into yours. You can expect a boutique service that works with and values your own aesthetic while offering a fresh perspective. With access to a broad range of local art and artist's, as well as an ever changing inventory of furnishings and accessories that celebrates classic style, I can offer you the "just right" finishing touches to create your own home's story," says Cahill

Shannon's talk will lead guests through some of her favorite artists featured in the show and pop up shop, with a focus on how to build your own personal collection. This event is free and open to the public.
